Here is a picture of Parker and his favorite gift from Santa...a Polar Express train set. "The Polar Express" is by far his favorite movie right now, and he has it all memorized. He reinacts the entire movie with his train set! This was the first year that he really understood what Santa was all about. We had a lot of fun making a list to give Santa and then sitting on his lap, riding the Santa Express Train at the State Museum and sprinkling magic reindeer food on our lawn on Christmas Eve! When Parker asked to hear the Christmas story today I was telling him about the stable and manger and he wanted to know what a stable was...I told him it was kind-of like a barn....somehow out of that he got that Jesus was a cowboy....you never know what this kid will come up with!

It was so much fun watching Kaelin with her presents at Christmas this year! Although she was not very fast at opening, she still really liked to see what was inside--her gifts and her brother's!! She loved her pretend kitchen that Santa brought and her baby dolls. One of the first things she did, while Parker was making pretend pancakes, was give her babies a bath in the kitchen sink!

I can't believe that I am trying to do a blog! Technology and English requirements all-in-one...yuck! But, I thought it would be a good way to let people know what we are up to....especially since there's not much time to chat on the phone these days! So, anyway...writing is not my forte so please bear with me....Anyway....here they are....the apples of my eye...Parker is 3 1/2 and is a very exciting bundle of never-ending energy! Kaelin turned 1 in October and is everything a little girl should be...very sweet and very mischievous at the same time!
